Ordinance 2026-12 Repealing and Replacing Article 6.05 Food Establishments, Division 5 Mobile Food Establishments of the City of El Campo Code of Ordinances; Removing City Permitting Requirements Pursuant to Texas House Bill 2844 and Chapter 437B of the Texas Health and Safety Code' Providing for State Licensing and Compliance with Applicable State and Local Law; Provisions for Location and Operational Regulations; And Establishing an Effective Date
